The Challenge

The firm won clients by referral and had no website it could hand to a new business. It needed one thing: a business owner from Milicz and the surrounding area landing on the site should understand what the firm does, what it costs and how to book, without reading terms and conditions. The second condition was GDPR compliance in the contact form, because the firm receives company and employee data.

My Solution

I built the site in Next.js on Vercel without a CMS, because the content changes a few times a year and it is faster when I change it, within one working day. Structure: the offer in three blocks (bookkeeping, HR and payroll, advice), a 'why us' section with specifics instead of slogans, client reviews, an FAQ on prices and deadlines, a contact form with the GDPR notice and a map. LocalBusiness schema and copy written for 'accounting firm Milicz' do the work in local results, where the competition is two other firms, not national portals.
